As the pioneering founders retire, the business passes the torch to Brett & Traci Funk, who are set to lead the company into a future defined by innovation, personalized service, and community engagement.
Co-owner with two decades in real estate and home loans and experience as a general contractor and painter. His background serves as a deep understanding of property dynamics from the ground up. He ensures top-notch property care for all owners and tenants. In his free time he enjoys hunting and fishing with his daughter.

Traci brings 38 years of IT expertise to the team. With a focus on business operations, Traci ensures seamless management, infusing her work with family values and dedication. She strives to make sure every owner and tenant feels taken care of. Outside the office, she enjoys trail running, hiking and spending time with her grandchildren.
